Subscriptions
After your 7 day free trial you will need to subscribe if you wish to keep playing bridge online. A subscription to play bridge online costs NZ$10 per month. You can unsubscribe at anytime without obligation.
Update payment information
If you change credit cards or the expiry date on your credit card changes then we'll need to update your subscription. You can do that online using worldpay or paypal although you might find it easier just to go through the subscription process again. If you do that we'll cancel your old subscription for you.
Unsubscribe
We'd hate to lose you! - but understand that when you want to stop playing you'll need to be able to cancel your subscription easily.
Our subscriptions are arranged through either of two well known and trusted payment systems, rbsworldpay and paypal. You can unsubscribe directly from their websites although you might prefer to contact us and we'll do the work for you. Either way, you'll get a confirmation email telling you that your subscription has been cancelled and no further payments will be taken.

Contact us and we'll take care of the unsubscription for you and send you a confirmation email.
If you subscribed using rbsworldpay
Login to the Shopper Management System.
Go to the Cancel Agreement page (accessed via the Change Details, then Cancel options).
Check that you have selected the correct agreement, then click the Cancel button.
To confirm the cancellation, click Yes when prompted.
If you subscribed using paypal
Login to using your email address and paypal password.
Cancel the subscription indicated.
